Living Room - 6 Sockets to be made flush including cable which are currently in trunking. Conceal cables in wall for wall lights.  Conceal cables for light switches and make switches flush.

Dining room - Remove and make safe 2 sockets. Relocate 1 Socket and make flush.  make light switch flush.  Conceal cables in walls as required for sockets & lights.

Kitchen - Add 1 additional socket inside cupboard

Entrance - Install 2 new wall lights.  Add 1 additional socket.  Make flush 1 light switch. Conceal cables as required.

Landing - Make flush 1 light switch. Move 1 socket and make flush.  Conceal cables as required.

Bed 1 (Master to front) - Make flush 2 sockets.  Move 1 socket so there are one each side of the bed.  Disconnect and make safe wall lights.  Make flush 1 light switch and conceal cables as required.

Bed 2 (To rear of property) - Install 2 new sockets to each side of bed.  Remove 1 socket.  Conceal cables to immersion heater switch.  Make flush immersion heater switch and replace switch for appropriate one of correct rating (20A DP)

Bed 3 (Box room to front) - 1 Socket to make flush. 1 socket to remove and make safe.  1 light switch to make flush. Conceal cables as required.

Bathroom - Disconnect and make safe fan in shower area.

External - disconnect and make safe power supply to garage.

Current sockets and switch fascias to be reused, except for upstairs sockets where the customer will be providing new fascias.
