This quote sets out the costs associated with the electrical elements as described by Premier Development Contractors (From here on to be refereed to as "the client"), any alterations to the specification will require re-discussion to determine any associated extra costs, any misinterpretation of the requirements should be highlighted prior to commencement, any ambiguity discovered thereafter will be subject to further negotiation between Hiskins Electrical Services and the client, and any further incurred costs associated with said misinterpretation or ambiguity regarding the requirements of the project will be subject to further costs as appropriate.
At this stage Hiskins Electrical Services are awaiting some further information from the client regarding items 8.5 and 8,23, as such this quote does not include any costs associated with these items at this time.
This quote does not include any costs for provision or installation of any type of containment systems, such as but not limited to, cable tray or cable baskets, this is due to this not being specified within the requirements. Should anything of this nature be required, Hiskins Electrical Services will be happy to provide this details once all relevant specifications have been shared by the client.
Hiskins Electrical Services will require lockable dry storage on site of a size to accommodate materials and equipment as necessary to complete each phase of works .
Hiskins Electrical Services will require that satisfactory arrangements be present on site for its employees to be able to comfortably take the necessary breaks for eating, drinking and bathroom breaks.
Upon acceptance of this quote further negotiation will be required to determine a staged payment structure that is mutually agreeable to both parties.
