This is a fixed price quote. A 25% deposit is required upon acceptance to secure the necessary time in our schedule and to cover the cost of materials. A further 50% is required upon completion of the 1st Fix and the remaining 25% will become due at the end of the second fix. Acceptance of this quote forms a contract between you the customer and Hiskins Electrical Services and your acceptance to the payment terms as laid out above. As you have indicated that the 1st fix will be split into 2 phases it will be necessary for a second payment of 25% of the total to be paid after the 1st phase of the 1st fix is completed and the next 25% after the 2nd phase of the 1st fix.
