Design Installation and commissioning as follows

Supply and Installation of Dual RCD consumer unit with surge protection device as required to comply with 18th edition working regulations amendment 2

Supply and installation of 16mm earth cable from incoming TNS system to new consumer unit

Supply and installation of 10mm bonding connections to gas and water services

Living room - 5 double sockets - 1 pendant light and switch

Dining room - 2 double sockets - 1 pendant light

Kitchen - The aim will be to keep all existing cabling in the kitchen to avoid disruption to existing fitted cabinets and tiles, if for any reason this can't be achieved, this will be discussed between us and a satisfactory solution for all parties will be agreed to ensure you are happy.

Kitchen - update 3 double sockets with new face plates

Entrance hall - 1 double socket - 1 pendant light and switch (2 gang switch to control landing light)

Landing - 1 double socket - 1 pendant light and switch

Bathroom - 4 downlights and switch - extractor fan connected to work with lights

Rear bedroom - 3 double sockets - 1 pendant light and switch

Small front bedroom - 2 double sockets - 1 pendant light and switch

Master bedroom - 3 double sockets - 1 pendant light and switch

Exterior rear - new cabling to existing flood light

Garage - reconnection of exiting feed at consumer unit (existing cable will be tested for safety and reconnected provided regulations are met)
