Cutting of ceiling and drilling of joists as required to aid installation with a view to keeping damage caused to a minimum.
Chasing of wall to route 2 x new switch cables from existing light switch position to new downlights in each area.
Testing and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.
