4 hours of initial fault investigation for items 2, 3, 4 and 5, 1 hour for each, if the fault's can be identified during this time and are rectifiable, rectification will be completed. If the faults require further time and materials to rectify, this will be discussed with you and a formal quote provided before any such work is undertaken. If after an hour the faults can not be identified and further time is required, this will be communicated to you before continuing to allow you to decide how to proceed.
