Please note that rewiring of an occupied property generally takes twice the time as an unoccupied property. I lot of mess if created and disruption, a three bedroom occupied property of a standard sort of size will take approximately 15 working days to complete. This is compared to roughly 8 - 10 days for an unoccupied property of the same size. This makes a significant difference to the price quoted, where possible we would always recommend a property is cleared of as much furniture and belongings as possible prior to work commencing.
