Alterations to existing lighting circuit to accommodate installation of an extractor fan with isolator, this will include all required cabling, junction boxes, maintenance free connectors and all other peripheral materials required.
Diamond core drilling of external wall to allow venting duct to be fitted.
Supply and installation of an extractor fan with external wall venting kit.
Alterations to existing lighting circuit to accommodate installation of an electric mirror, this will include all required cabling, junction boxes, maintenance free connectors and all other peripheral materials required.
Alterations to existing socket circuit to accommodate installation of underfloor heating, this will include all required cabling, junction boxes, maintenance free connectors and all other peripheral materials required.
Testing and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.
