Quotation for works at 26 Brenfield Drive as follows-
Quotation for full rewire of property, all circuits will be installed to comply with the latest wiring regulations and BS7671.
The following will be included in the works.
Supply and installation of a replacement metal clad, residual current protection consumer unit with surge protection device as now required to comply with PartP of the building regulations.
Supply and installation of replacement tails from supply meter to new consumer unit as required.
Supply and installation of replacement earthing conductor from supply cabinet to new consumer unit as required.
Supply and installation of earth bonding cables from new consumer unit to incoming water service pipe as required.
Supply and installation of earth bonding cables from new consumer unit to incoming gas service pipe as required.
Kitchen
7 Double Sockets, 1 Cooker circuit for hob, 4 downlights in Chrome, 1, 1 way switch.
The existing kitchen cabinets will be removed by the client along with the tiles, the ceiling will be taken down.
Lounge diner
5 Double Sockets, Installation of 2 client supplied lights, 2, 1 way switches.
Hall cupboard
1 Double Socket with cables routed in existing trunking, 1 pendant light. 1 way switch.
Entrance Hall
1 pendant light, 2 gang, 2 way switch.
Top of stairs
1 Double Socket, 1 pendant light. 1 way switch.
Airing cupboard
Fused spur for boiler.
Shower switch.
Fused spur for bathroom extractor.
Bathroom
Exiting shower cable from shower isolator to shower unit will remain in place due to the bathroom having been recently renovated/
Existing lights will remain, the wiring will be assessed and only replaced if required.
Large front bed
3 Double Sockets, 1 light, 1 way switch.
Small front bedroom
2 Double Sockets, 1 light, 1 way switch.
Back bedroom
2 Sockets, 1 light, 1 way switch.
Loft
1 light (strip from kitchen to be used), 1 light, 1 way switch.
Exterior
Garage existing wiring will be reconnected as is to new consumer unit.
Notes
Clients to lift all carpets in preparation.
All accessories to be supplied with the exception of the Kitchen downlights will be supplied in white.
Existing EV installation will not be part of this work as it is already directly connected to the incoming supply.
