Quotation for works at 20 West Street as follows-

Quotation for rewiring at property, all circuits will be installed to comply with the latest wiring regulations and BS7671.

The following will be included in the works.

Supply and installation of a replacement metal clad, residual current protection consumer unit with surge protection device as now required to comply with PartP of the building regulations.

Supply and installation of replacement tails from supply meter to new consumer unit as required.

Supply and installation of replacement earthing conductor from supply cabinet to new consumer unit as required.

Supply and installation of earth bonding cables from new consumer unit to incoming water service pipe as required.

Supply and installation of earth bonding cables from new consumer unit to incoming gas service pipe as required.

Kitchen 

New circuits will be installed and connected to existing circuits at the point in which they enter the extended part of the building, this will include, power, lighting, heating and cooking circuits. (Existing chrome accessories and lights will be reused)

Lounge

6 Double Sockets, 2  lights with 1 way switches. (Existing chrome accessories and lights will be reused)

Entrance Hall
1 pendant light, with 2 gang, 2 way switch. (New switches and pendant lights will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Top of stairs 

1 pendant light with 2 way switch. (New switches and pendant lights will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Bathroom 

New circuits will be installed and connected to existing circuits at the point in which they enter the bathroom, this will include, power, lighting1 way pull cord, 1 extractor fan. (Existing lights will be reused) (New pull cord and extractor fan will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Main bedroom

4 Double Sockets, 2 lights with 1 way switches. (New sockets, switches and pendant lights will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Bedroom 2

3 Sockets, 1 light with 1 way switch. (New sockets, switches and pendant lights will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Bedroom 3
3 Sockets, 1 light with 1 way switch. (New sockets, switches and pendant lights will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Loft
1 light with 1 way switch. (New sockets, switches and pendant lights will be provided by Hiskins Electrical)

Testing and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.
