Quotation for EICR remedial works as follows -
Removal of existing consumer unit and separate residual current device enclosure.
Supply and installation of new consumer unit (fuse board) to comply with current regulations BS7671 2018 as amended 2022.
Metal clad consumer unit with dual residual current protection devices, surge protection device and individual miniature circuit protection devices for each circuit.
Supply and installation of new incoming supply tails from meter to replacement consumer unit to comply with BSEN7671.
Supply and installation of new incoming main earthing conductor from meter to replacement consumer unit to comply with BSEN7671.
Further investigation of no continuity of line conductor for circuit 6, retest if rectifiable and further investigation of high R1+R2 calculation if necessary.
Testing and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.
Issue of an Electrical Installation Certificate for your own records to show that the work has been notified to the local council.
Issue of an Electrical Installation Condition Report for you to share with your tenant to prove the installation is safe
