Quotation for works at 1 Yew Tree Close as follows-

De-commissioning and removal of all existing consumer units.

Supply and installation of an 18th edition regulations, metal clad consumer unit with RCD (Residual Current Device) and SPD (Surge Protection) as required to comply with BSEN7671 and Part P of the building regulations.

Supply and installation of upgraded supply cables from the meter as required.

Supply and installation of upgraded Main earthing cable from incoming supply service head as required.

A full test of the electrical installation will also be carried out as part of this piece of work and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.

Supply and installation of a new cooker circuit from the new consumer unit to the kitchen.  The cables for this circuit can either be hidden in the walls underneath the plaster (please not this will require chasing of plaster from the walls and will cause a lot of dust and debris) alternatively, the cable can be installed in plastic trunking which will be fixed around the edge of the wall and ceiling.  In each case the cable will be routed to the pantry cupboard and on to its destination via the void space behind the plinth underneath the fridge freezer.

A 3rd option would be to clear the rooms above to allow the cable to be routed above the ceiling, please note this would be slightly more costly due to additional time for labour , this method also involves lifting of flooring which can often lead to the flooring looking different afterwards.
