If required, relocation of the consumer unit is included.
Testing and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.
Issue of an Electrical Installation Certificate for your own records to show that the work has been notified to the local council.
Issue of an Electrical Installation Condition Report for you to share with your tenant to prove the installation is safe.
