Remedial work required for all C2, C1 and FI observations to gain a satisfactory EICR certificate
Observation 3 - Replacement of cable with flexible cable
Observation 4 - Further investigation for a maximum of 2 hours to identify circuit, once found complete required testing and label correctly. (if the circuit is identified within the 1st hour this is all you will pay for, if more time is required this will be discussed before any further time is spent.
Observation - 5 & 9 - To achieve the requirements of residual current detection and surge protection a replacement consumer unit will be required, this will also address observation 7 as the replacement will be made of a non combustible material.
Observations 10 & 11 - These issues are most likely down to loose connections, as you don't have many sockets to check on each circuit I will check these for free for you and retest the circuits when complete
