Quotation for the following works at 54C Priesthills Road -
De-commissioning and removal of all existing consumer units.
Supply and installation of an 18th edition regulations, metal clad consumer unit with RCD (Residual Current Device) and SPD (Surge Protection) as required to comply with BSEN7671 and Part P of the building regulations. This will be populated with RCBO's for each of the 18 circuits to create adequate circuit segregation.
A new fused isolator will be supplied and installed within the electricity meter cabinet to comply with DNO regulations for meter tails that exceed 3m in length.
A full test of the electrical installation will also be carried out as part of this piece of work and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.
