EICR Remedial works listed by item number.

1. Supply and installation of adequate containment/support for main earthing conductor from earthing rod.
2. Supply and installation of earthing pit to house earthing rod offering protection and accessibility.
3. Replacement of 4 gang socket at entrance to workshop.
4. Replacement of damaged socket to rear of workshop on wall outside kitchen.
5. Replacement of Luminaire in workshop kitchen is missing diffuser, electrical connections are exposed.
6. Replacement of Junction box in workshop.
7. Premises do not have emergency lighting.  As part of replacing all lighting throughout the premises, emergency lighting modules will be added to a percentage.
8. DB3 have front cover screws missing. This will be negated by replacement of the DB
9. Supply and installation of fire resistant supports throughout to cables above false ceiling in workshop.
10. Supply and installation of fire resistant supports throughout to cables above false ceiling in office.
11. Supply and installation of adequate support for cables cupboard where DB3 is situated
12. Apply correct identification to conductors in motor housing for electric gates
13. Supply and installation of earthing conductor to armour of SWA cable supplying electric gate.

19. Labelling of switches provided for maintenance.
20. Supplementary bonding not present.  This will be negated by installation of replacement DB.
21. No presence of RCD for fault protection. This will be negated by installation of replacement DB.
22. No presence of RCD for protection against fire. This will be negated by installation of replacement DB.
23. No presence of RCD for socket that may reasonably be used to provide power outdoors. This will be negated by installation of replacement DB.
24. No labelling of circuits present. No diagrams/charts/schedules/etc. This will be negated by installation of replacement DB.
