Quotation for works at 11 Thornhill Drive as follows -

To address observations 1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15.

De-commissioning and removal of the existing consumer unit.

Supply and installation of an 18th edition regulations, metal clad consumer unit with RCD (Residual Current Device) and SPD (Surge Protection) as required to comply with BSEN7671 and Part P of the building regulations. This will be populated with circuit breakers for each circuit to create adequate circuit segregation.

Supply and Installation of 100A isolation switch to allow the whole installation to be isolated without the need to remove the main fuse.

Supply and installation of replacement supply tails of 25mm CSA as required.

Supply and installation of replacement main earth cable of 16mm CSA as required.

Supply and installation of replacement bonding cable to incoming water supply pipe cable of 10mm CSS as required.

Supply and installation of replacement bonding cable to incoming gas supply pipe cable of 10mm CSS as required.

A full test of the electrical installation will also be carried out as part of this piece of work and certification as required to comply with Part P of the building regulation including notification to your local authority.

To address observation 4.

1 hour of investigation to establish where the loss of continuity stems from, If it is a simple case of a loosed connection this will be remedied, If it is discovered that more labour and materials are required, this will be discussed with you prior to any further works being undertaken and a full explanation of the findings demonstrated.

To address observation 7.

Supply and installation of a switched fused spur for the boiler.

To address observation 12.

Supply and installation of appropriate circuit breaker.

To address Observation 13.

Supply and installation of correctly sized main earth cable.
