Quotation as follows.
Supply and Installation of humidity controlled extraction fan to bathroom.
The model provided will be specified to allow fitting in zone 1 of the bathroom meaning that it can be installed lower than the 2.25m stated in the wiring regulations and building control regulations and still comply.
Quote includes all required wiring, junction boxes and connector block to extend the existing lighting circuit to provide the power required.
The quote also included drilling of a 100mm hole to the properties wall to accommodate the extractor fan and vent.
