Full rewire of property to 18th edition regulations and BSEN 7671:2018 as amended
This will include new tails from meter to new consumer unit in garage and the following as discussed to date.
Kitchen - 6 Double sockets, 3 fused isolation units for built in appliances and cooker hood, 1 pendant light
Rest of house - 18 Double sockets spread throughout as discussed of which 3 will incorporate USB sockets, 8 Pendant lights spread throughput as discussed, 2 Batten lamp holders for bathroom and toilet, 1 pendant light and 1 double socket in loft, 1 exterior socket to rear, 1 socket in garage, 1 socket in conservatory, 1 pendant light in conservatory. 1 shower circuit to be installed for future provision.
